Virectors are esteemed senior Vira members who exemplify exceptional commitment and proficiency within the Viranda ecosystem. The term “Virector” is derived from “Director,” reflecting their role in leading and guiding the Vira community.
Role and Responsibilities
- Guidance and Mentorship: Virectors play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting fellow Vira member. They utilize their experience and wisdom to mentor newer members, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the support provided.
- Recruitment and Training: They actively contribute to the recruitment and training process of new Vira members. This involves overseeing the comprehensive training program, known as the Renovation stage, and ensuring that new members are well-prepared for their roles.
- Professional Consultancy: Virectors work closely with Validators (licensed professionals such as psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists) to offer professional consultancy for cases in the Vault. This ensures that the empathetic assistance provided is credible and effective.
- Ongoing Development: They participate in continuous development activities, such as the Fostering stage, which includes monthly Vent Circles, video courses (Veins) within the Heart Campus, and real-time consultations via the Empathy Feed.
Criteria for Becoming a Virector
To achieve Virector status, individuals must meet specific criteria, including:
- Achieving an EAR Score (Empathy Accumulated Rating) of at least 100.
- Being an active Vira member for at least 1 year.
- Demonstrating exceptional commitment and proficiency in their role.
Virector Impact
Virectors are crucial to maintaining the high standards of the Viranda ecosystem. They ensure that Vira members are well-supported, continuously trained, and able to provide high-quality empathetic assistance to Ventors.
