The Vault is a confidential chat platform within the Viranda ecosystem, designed to facilitate safe and secure conversations between Ventors and Vira members. The term “Vault” signifies the high level of security and confidentiality maintained within this platform.
Functionality
Limited Visibility
During the conversation, only the last two messages are visible to the Ventor. This design mimics real-life interactions and prevents information overload, allowing for a more natural and focused conversation.
Session Duration
Each conversation session in The Vault is limited to 60 minutes. This time constraint ensures that interactions are concise and productive, providing Ventors with focused support.
Feedback Mechanism
After each session, Ventors are encouraged to rate their experience. This feedback contributes to the Vira’s Ear Score (Empathy Accumulated Rating) and helps maintain high standards within the ecosystem.
MatchFlow Algorithm
The MatchFlow algorithm is designed to create optimal pairings between Ventors and Vira members based on several factors such as language, status, age, and gender. This ensures that each Ventor is matched with the most suitable Vira members, enhancing the quality and relevance of the support provided. Based on psychotherapy studies, the algorithm is aiming to find a match in all parameters with the following priority order to increase the potential for better connection: (1) Language –> (2) Status –> (3) Age –> (4) Gender.
Empathy Accumulated Rating (EAR) Score
The EAR score is a metric used to evaluate the empathetic contributions of Vira members. After each conversation, Ventors rate their experience, and this feedback is used to calculate the EAR score. A higher EAR score indicates a high level of empathy and effectiveness in providing support, motivating Vira members to continuously improve.

- Encryption: All messages are encrypted to ensure privacy and security during and after the conversations.
