- Real-Time Consultations: The Empathy Feed allows Vira members to seek immediate guidance and advice from Virectors during their interactions with Ventors. If the Virector is unsure how to assist, they will consult with a Validator behind the scenes and come back to the Vira with the appropriate response. This ensures that Vira members can handle challenging situations effectively and with confidence.
- Private Chat Channel: This support channel is a private chat space within the Vault, ensuring confidentiality and a safe environment for Vira members to ask questions and receive support.
- Immediate Feedback: Vira members receive instant feedback and suggestions on how to improve their responses and techniques, helping them provide better support in real-time.
- Resource Sharing: Virectors can share relevant resources, tips, and best practices through the Empathy Feed, enhancing the overall knowledge and skills of Vira members.
